The worst part about figure drawing is that there isn't much to say afterward. They're studies and each on is a mark of you getting closer to being a more complete artist. I played with shape, color, and shading, as I took this class. I think I lean closer to Micheal D. Mattsei's methodology of getting strong shapes being more important than realism. Also, during the class I tried to employ the method of imagining the silhouette first and then drawing that Jake Spicer's book on figure drawing introduced me to.

I should try to do figure drawing daily, I think I was getting close to having a large jump in skill.
