Motion Graphic Reel

Includes work from my internship at MARYA.NYC as a Motion Graphic Animator

For my summer internship, I was tasked with animating several abstract paintings. It served as a great learning experience as I was coming off a few classes that thought After Effects.

Due to the nature of the internship a lot of what I learned was self-taught so for a lot of projects it felt like I was stumbling to the third most optimal solution to any problem a ran into. But that also allowed me to discover how powerful a tool After Effects could be. It felt natural to use what I'd learned from my classes that focused on hand-drawn animation for these motion graphics.

I hope to learn more about making those mesmerizing animations people make for apps and such so I can mix it with my background in traditional animation.
